We’re expanding our business development team to strengthen our global presence on platforms like Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.🚀 Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Upwork Business Development Executive to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, bidding on relevant projects, managing client communication, and helping close deals.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Write winning proposals and manage bidding on Upwork and similar platforms.Communicate with clients professionally and build strong relationships.Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for project execution.Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.Maintain and optimize the Upwork profile for maximum visibility.🎯 Requirements:1+ year of proven experience in Upwork or other freelance marketplaces.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Shopify, WordPress, etc.).Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Must be comfortable with the evening shift (3 PM – 12 AM).💰 Compensation:Competitive basic salary
