Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for an Upwork Sales Specialist. The Upwork Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing CINCO360's presence on Upwork. Day-to-day tasks include creating and optimizing proposals, maintaining client communications, ensuring timely project delivery, and identifying new business opportunities. The specialist will work closely with the project management and design teams to meet client requirements and handle negotiations and contracts. Qualifications Experience with Upwork platform management, client communications, and proposal creationSales and negotiation skills to secure projects and manage client expectationsStrong project management skills including time management, team coordination, and deadline adherenceUnderstanding of digital marketing, web development, and branding basicsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site environmentPrevious experience in a digital agency or similar role is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
