Join the company’s leadership team Initiate and lead strategic business processes Oversee and drive sales and presales activities Manage P&L and be responsible for business performance Work with both existing and new clients Lead tender responses and proposal development Manage cross-functional teams Ensure successful delivery of complex projects RequirementsProven experience managing significant P&L - Required Team management experience, beyond a small team - Required Experience managing fixed-price (FIX) projects - Required Track record of successful project delivery - Required Experience in sales and opportunity creation within the Israeli market - Required Familiarity with SAP solutions - Strong Advantage
