You’ll be a strategic partner to our key clients, helping them realize value, scale their operations, and drive business outcomes using our SaaS solutions. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience, advocating for client needs, and directly influencing our product roadmap. What You’ll DoBuild strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at key accounts. Deeply understand client goals, challenges, and technical environments. Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value. Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless and value-driven start. Troubleshoot technical issues with internal QA and product teams.
Advocate for clients internally, influencing product improvements and innovation. Act as a proactive, hands-on partner — not just a vendor. What We’re Looking For3-5 years of Account Management experience (SaaS strongly preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Experience owning the full client lifecycle — onboarding to expansion. Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex solutions to business value. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive, entrepreneurial, and highly adaptable — you take initiative and get things done.
