The role's main focus is coordination - across marketing, retail, operations, logistics, and local partnerships - to help the brand grow in the market. Native-level Japanese and English speakerGreat communicator, super organized, and thrives in a fast-moving environmentExperience in fashion, retail, or brand operationsConfident managing multiple threads at once—across different teams, timelines, and goalsDeep understanding of the Japanese market and how to make a global brand feel localComfortable with early calls or late messages to stay synced with the global team
