We implement flagship initiatives such as the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) to empower youth across India through quality training, certification, and employment opportunities.Position OverviewThe State Head – PMKVY Project will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the PMKVY scheme in the assigned state. The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of government skill development programs, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the execution of the PMKVY project in the assigned state, ensuring strict adherence to scheme guidelines and timelines.Develop and implement a state-level strategy to achieve mobilization, training, assessment, certification, and placement targets.Supervise and guide state and district teams for effective project execution and performance improvement.Coordinate with State Skill Development Missions (SSDMs), District Skill Committees, NSDC, and other relevant departments for project alignment and smooth functioning.Ensure achievement of enrolment, training, certification, and placement milestones as per PMKVY requirements.Monitor project fund utilization, ensure financial compliance, and prepare for periodic audits and departmental reviews.Represent AITMC Ventures Ltd. in government and stakeholder meetings, reviews, and inspections.Ensure timely reporting and data management through PMKVY platforms such as SMART and SDMS, maintaining transparency and accuracy.Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to maintain training center standards, trainer qualifications, and overall project quality.Establish and strengthen partnerships with local industries, MSMEs, and placement agencies for effective job placements.Lead state-wide awareness and mobilization campaigns in coordination with local bodies, NGOs, and government agencies.Identify potential implementation challenges and deploy risk mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.Mentor and develop state-level teams to enhance operational efficiency, accountability, and performance.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Engineering, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.Experience:8–12 years of experience in skill development, livelihood, or government-funded projects.3–5 years of leadership experience in PMKVY or other NSDC-affiliated projects preferred.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of PMKVY guidelines, NSDC processes, and government project frameworks.Proven leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and government portals such as SMART and SDMS.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.How To ApplyInterested candidates may share their updated resumes at hrexecutive@avplinternational.com with the subject line:“Application for State Head – PMKVY Project – [State Name] – AITMC Ventures Ltd.”
