Job Description – Finance ManagerPosition: Finance ManagerDepartment: Finance & AdministrationReports to: CEO – SocietyDotted Line: Group CFO – Al Mana HoldingLocation: Doha, Qatar Role PurposeThe Finance Manager oversees the financial health and integrity of Society’s operations, ensuring compliance with group policies while providing leadership in accounting, budgeting, cash-flow management, and reporting. The role is both strategic and hands-on—responsible for day-to-day financial control during Society’s flagship phase and for establishing the systems and discipline required for scalable growth across future locations. Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & ReportingPrepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).Develop budgets and forecasts with department heads; monitor variances and recommend corrective action.Produce management dashboards and KPIs (EBITDA, ARPU, PT utilization, retention rates, cost per member, etc.).Present monthly financial review to the CEO and Group CFO.2. Cash-Flow & Treasury ManagementMaintain daily and weekly cash-flow projections.Prioritize payments and collections based on operational requirements.Manage bank relationships, deposits, and credit facilities in coordination with Group CFO.3. CAPEX & Cost ControlTrack all enteties and projects’ expenditures against approved budgets.Review and validate supplier POs, GRNs, and variation orders.Ensure accountability for all OPEX and CAPEX line items.4. Accounting & ComplianceOversee accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals, and closing processes.Ensure adherence to IFRS / Qatar GAAP and group accounting policies.Support internal and external audits; maintain proper documentation.Manage VAT / tax filings and statutory requirements (2026/7)5. Systems & ProcessesImplement and integrate MindBody / POS / ERP with the accounting system for seamless reporting.Standardize procedures for invoicing, petty cash, inventory, and payroll coordination.Drive process automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.6. Leadership & Cross-Functional SupportAdvise the CEO and heads of department on financial implications of business decisions.Support pricing strategies, membership campaigns, and cost-benefit analyses of new initiatives.Mentor junior accounting staff and foster accountability and financial discipline across all units. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).8–12 years of experience, including at least 3–5 in a leadership role within preferably fitness / wellness industry in Middle East/GCC.Proven experience managing multi-unit financials and CAPEX projects.Strong command of financial software (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, or equivalent).Advanced Excel and financial-modelling skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (Arabic is a plus).
