As an Outsourced staff member, you will enjoy a fun and friendly working environment, competitive salaries, opportunities for growth and development, work-life balance, and the chance to share your passion with a team of over 1000 talented professionals.We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team, supporting a growing construction business based in Northern California.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret construction plans (manual or digital) for a variety of projects, including drywall, metal studs, acoustical ceilings, painting, and insulation.Perform accurate takeoffs and provide detailed quantity estimates for each trade.Communicate in English with the internal team and, when necessary, with general contractors via email to clarify plans or submit RFIs.Collaborate with the business owner and staff to ensure estimates meet project requirements and deadlines.Maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability in all work.Requirements: Proven experience as a construction estimator, preferably with US commercial construction projects.Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans (manual measurement skills are a plus).Familiarity with takeoff software (e.g., PlanSwift) is beneficial but not required.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.High level of trustworthiness and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.Willingness to undergo skills assessments and participate in a customized recruitment process.Preferred: Experience working with US-based construction companies.Knowledge of local building practices in the US.Work Schedule (Dayshift)Tuesday to Saturday 12AM-9PM (Manila Time)Work Setup (WFH)Permanent HomebasedEquipment will be provided by the companyHired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.By clicking on the "I'm Interested" button I hereby allow Outsourced Quality Assured Services, Inc.
