We partner with the world’s most recognizable brands to drive measurable outcomes through influencer strategies that convert.As we continue to grow our presence across the US, we’re looking for an experienced and ambitious US Influencer Lead to play a key role in shaping our influencer marketing offering and driving campaign success across the market.About The Opportunity:As US Influencer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and leading our influencer marketing operations across the US. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader with deep expertise in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and social strategy.Reporting to the Global President, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership to align influencer activity with our global strategy, ensuring campaign excellence, innovation, and growth across key US clients.Key Responsibilities: Lead US influencer marketing operations in alignment with Goat’s global goals and standards.Oversee influencer strategy and execution across key accounts, ensuring campaigns deliver creative excellence and measurable results.Support Account Management, Campaign Delivery, and Strategy teams to deliver high-impact influencer campaigns across all verticals.Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, new partnerships, and emerging influencer trends.Contribute to new business initiatives, supporting influencer strategy and participation in pitches.Help foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance within the US team.Stay ahead of social, cultural, and influencer trends to keep Goat at the forefront of the industry.Role Requirements: 6–10 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital strategy, ideally with exposure to large-scale or global campaigns.Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns end-to-end; from strategy to delivery and measurement.Strong knowledge of the US creator landscape and social platforms, with an eye for identifying the right talent for every campaign.Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.A collaborative leader who can motivate teams and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Commercially minded, with the ability to translate creative ideas into measurable outcomes.Passionate about influencer marketing, culture, and innovation within the digital space.Company Benefits: Community & Connection: Join a culture that values people.
