Program Director (Digital Transformation)Job Title: Program Director – International Digital TransformationType: Full-TimeReporting to: Country Heads (International)Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to lead and oversee a complex, multi-year international digital transformation initiative. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep experience in delivering large-scale change across diverse workstreams, driving alignment, and achieving measurable impact across multiple geographies and functions. The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing transformative programs across the business, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and organisational adoption. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership:
Own the end-to-end delivery of a major international digital transformation program, including planning, resourcing, execution, governance, and continuous improvement. Change Management: Lead change management strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and cultural alignment across international teams. Proactively identify resistance and develop mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple countries. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives. Regularly brief Country Heads and other executive leaders on program status, risks, and outcomes. Workstream Oversight: Oversee and integrate multiple workstreams across functions such as IT, operations, customer experience, and commercial.
Ensure coordination, risk management, and delivery across interdependent initiatives. Governance & Reporting: Establish robust program governance, reporting frameworks, and decision-making protocols. Ensure transparency and accountability across the transformation program. Digital Delivery: Drive the successful execution of digital change initiatives, ensuring solutions deliver business value and are aligned to the wider digital strategy. (Salesforce project experience is advantageous. )Corporate Navigation: Effectively navigate the complexities of a global, matrixed organization. Influence without authority, challenge the status quo constructively, and clear roadblocks to progress. Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing program teams, ensuring clarity of purpose, strong collaboration, and delivery accountability.
Required Experience & Skills: Proven track record of leading large, complex, and cross-functional digital transformation programs across international environments. Strong experience managing significant change initiatives with multiple, concurrent workstreams. Demonstrated success in engaging, influencing, and managing senior stakeholders across geographies. Exceptional communication skills – able to operate confidently at all levels of the organization and drive change with impact. Deep understanding of the change lifecycle and experience in embedding organizational change at scale. Experience working within large corporate environments and navigating matrixed organizational structures. Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
Experience with Salesforce implementations or CRM transformations is a strong advantage. Strong financial, resource, and risk management capabilities. Location & Travel Requirements: The role is Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the office in ManchesterOccasional international travel may be required.
