In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent in the healthcare industry. Position DetailsLocation: Northbrook, ILSchedule: Full-time, weekend work as needed.

Compensation: $120k plus, based on experience and qualifications. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs and workforce planning objectives. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Utilize data-driven metrics to monitor and improve recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and workforce development. Promote a strong employer brand to attract a diverse range of candidates. Develop training and development programs for recruiting staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness. RequirementsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master’s degree or appropriate professional certifications (e. g. , SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing strategies. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
