The OpportunityAs a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner (Intermediate Level) on the High Volume Recruiting team, you will work collaboratively to develop and maintain ongoing relationships and partnerships with hiring leaders, candidate pools, peer partners, and third-party vendors to deliver candidates for USAA's high volume hiring needs. Assists management team to implement sourcing strategies to proactively identify candidates and assemble diverse pipeline of talent for open positions. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based in the Phoenix, AZ office location.

Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, employing diverse and innovative methods to identify and engage outstanding candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers, providing expert guidance through the recruitment process while ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards. Represent our organization at recruitment and networking events, connecting with talented professionals from military, diverse, and specialized backgrounds. Contribute to enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategies as a valued team member on key staffing projects and initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement by participating in process efficiency and enhancement efforts within Talent Acquisition. Expand your expertise in relevant HR areas, particularly employment law, policy, and procedure, with opportunities for continuous learning and development. Provide effective solutions and proactively identify critical issues, contributing to a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Maintain timely and transparent communication with all candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring journey, while meticulously updating our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and upholding all compliance requirements. Cultivate strong candidate relationships through consistent, high-quality communication, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate competitive salary offers within approved ranges, demonstrating fiscal responsibility while attracting premier talent. Proactively manage and mitigate risks associated with recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. What You HaveBachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree. 2 years of progressive work experience in staffing, general human resources, and/or account relationship management, to include knowledge of applicable employment laws. Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and hiring practices. Knowledge of effective screening and interviewing techniques.
Developing knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products and other software to support sourcing tools and techniques. What Sets You ApartProven success in high-volume recruiting, specifically for insurance and/or sales roles. Demonstrated experience in corporate in-house recruiting environments. Hands-on experience with Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Proficient in utilizing diverse sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking, and employee referral programs. Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $63,590. 00 - $121,530. 00. USAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
