Job Description

Fair Sky Partners Ltd is a growing international company operating in the iGaming affiliate space.As the company scales, we are looking for a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our mobile user growth strategy across iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple programmatic networks and ad partners, including IronSource, Moloco, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and others.You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling campaigns that drive high-quality installs and engagement, while maintaining strong ROI and efficiency metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage mobile user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (programmatic, SDK networks, DSPs, and social platforms).Work directly with IronSource, Moloco, and similar ad networks to upload creatives, configure campaigns, and track performance.Continuously analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement actionable strategies to improve KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention).Collaborate with product and creative teams to develop and test ad creatives and app store assets that maximize conversion.Manage and optimize budgets and bids to achieve growth goals while maintaining efficient spend.Stay updated on the latest mobile marketing trends, attribution tools, and privacy changes (SKAN, ATT, Google Privacy Sandbox).Monitor funnel analytics and use data-driven insights to refine targeting and improve user acquisition quality.Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition (iOS & Android).Proven success in managing performance marketing campaigns through programmatic platforms such as IronSource, Moloco, AppLovin, Unity, Liftoff, or similar.Strong understanding of mobile attribution and analytics tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular, Firebase, etc.).Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data (CTR, CPI, ROAS, retention, etc.).Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and scaling high-performing campaigns.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Nice to HaveExperience with creative testing frameworks for mobile ads.Familiarity with SKAdNetwork and iOS14+ attribution challenges.Background in gaming, fintech, or app-based startups.Knowledge of DSPs, RTB, or media buying platforms.What We Expect from YouA portfolio of managed apps or campaigns, including:Links to apps or products you have promoted.Metrics or achievements (e.g., improved ROAS by X%, reduced CPI by Y%, scaled users from A to B).Clear examples of campaign strategies and optimizations you implemented.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Flexible working environment (remote).Opportunities to scale user acquisition budgets globally.Continuous learning opportunities in performance marketing and mobile growth.
