Job Description

About AttimoAttimo is Italian for “moment” – a single, irreducible instant. It comes from the Latin atomus, the indivisible unit from which everything is built – and, by extension, the smallest unit of time. We chose this name because modern life is made of moments that are constantly interrupted. Time and attention have become the scarcest resources people have. Attimo exists to give them back.We build cognitively ergonomic products – AI systems shaped around human capabilities and limitations, instead of forcing people to adapt to machines. Our work starts from one belief: if information were organised in a way that fits how our minds work, people could think more clearly, decide more confidently, and create more boldly.Attimo’s mission is to architect products that respect the mind: tools that reduce cognitive noise, surface what truly matters, and create more meaningful, focused time in people’s lives. Over time, we envision a trusted digital ally for every person – an invisible layer that handles the information flood in the background so humans can focus on what only humans can do.We are building this with a clear set of principles: radical honesty and transparency, idea meritocracy where the best ideas win, extreme ownership of outcomes, and a bias for thoughtful experimentation. We work as small, autonomous teams with high standards, long‑term thinking, and deep respect for both emerging technology and human limits.Attimo is an early‑stage, product‑driven company. We are designing at the frontier of human–AI collaboration and inviting people who want their work to matter - to their craft, to the people who use our products, and to the world that will live with them – so we stay in the moment. Why this role existsPanovia’s promise is powerful but complex: multiple agents, knowledge graphs, and workflows behind a deceptively simple interface. To succeed, we need:A world-class productA coherent story in the market – narrative, brand, and growth loops that help customers understand why this matters and how it changes their work and lives. This role combines both: you will own the end-to-end product experience and the early go‑to‑market narrative for Attimo. What you will doProduct & UX/UILead UX from discovery to delivery: research, problem framing, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and handoff to engineering.Translate complex concepts into simple, human flows and interaction patterns.Design and maintain our design system (components, tokens, interaction guidelines) for consistency across web app, extensions, and future surfaces.Run rapid user tests (qualitative and quantitative) on prototypes and live features; iterate based on data and insight.Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and efficiently implemented.Contribute directly to front-end implementation if you are comfortable (e.g., React, Next.js, Tailwind) or work tightly with developers to ensure pixel-quality execution.Marketing & GrowthWork with the CEO and CMO to sharpen positioning and messaging for our B2B and future B2C segments.Turn our strategy into a compelling public story: website copy, landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and release notes. • Own our early growth experiments:Design and optimise landing pages and onboarding flows.Run small, focused campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content, communities) to test messaging and channels.Define and track funnel metrics (activation, retention, referral).Lead customer understanding:Interview users and prospects regularly.Build and keep current personas, JTBD maps, and customer journeys.Feed insights into product roadmap and marketing strategy.Shape and protect the Attimo brand (visual and verbal identity) so that product, website, and communication feel unified and credible.Culture & Company-buildingAct as a founding team member: participate in strategic discussions on product, pricing, and go‑to‑market.Help define ways of working consistent with our principles: high candour, documented thinking, clear ownership, and measurable outcomes.Over time, help hire and mentor future designers, marketers, and researchers; design the rituals and systems that make Attimo excellent at understanding users.Who you areMindset & values Deep expertise in UX/UI designStrong second depth in marketing/growth or product marketingPlus a broad understanding across product, data, and engineering.Strong alignment with principles such as:Radical transparency and honesty.Idea meritocracy – best idea wins, regardless of role.Extreme ownership – you own outcomes, not just tasks.Bias for experimentation, learning, and constructive feedback.Comfortable with ambiguity and speed; you enjoy building from 0→1 more than optimising a large, settled product. You think in systems: how UX, messaging, data, and process fit together to create repeatable results.Experience 4–8+ years in UX/UI design for digital products (SaaS, productivity tools, data-heavy or workflow tools preferred).Evidence of having shipped complex features or products end‑to‑end, ideally in a startup or small-team environment.Demonstrated marketing or growth experience: Launched at least one product or major feature, including messaging, positioning, and campaign planning, or held a formal product marketing/growth/brand role in a B2B or B2C tech company.Strong visual and interaction design skills with a clear portfolio (web/app) that shows craft and simplification of complexity.Proficiency with design tools (Figma or similar) and analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.).Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable writing crisp copy for UI, landing pages, and campaigns. What we offer Founding-level impact: your work will directly shape the product, brand, and culture of Attimo.Meaningful equity on top of a competitive salary, aligned with early-stage risk and contribution.Remote-first with flexible hours, anchored around UK/Europe time zones.High autonomy and responsibility, with a small team of high-calibre colleagues who value depth of thought and clear communication.A mission with meaningful long-term significance. How to applyPlease send:Your CV or LinkedIn profileA portfolio showcasing 3–5 relevant projects (including at least one where you influenced both product UX and go‑to‑market)A short note (max 1 page) describing:A complex workflow you simplified through design.A growth or marketing experiment you ran, what you learned, and how it changed your product or messaging. We review applications on a rolling basis and will respond to candidates who appear to be a strong fit for this role and our principles.
