We do not provide visa sponsorship.Role Overview:We’re seeking a User Experience (UX) Architect with deep expertise in design systems and Adobe platform migration. This role focuses on driving the design, governance, and adoption of a scalable Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem while ensuring a seamless, customer-centric digital experience.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the definition, evolution, and governance of an enterprise Design System for scalable use across AEM templates and components.• Guide the migration of digital experiences into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), integrating Adobe Target and CDP for personalization.• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and interaction standards across all digital touchpoints.• Translate customer needs into user journeys, content flows, and modular design components.• Partner with design, development, and business teams to align creative intent with technical execution.• Facilitate workshops and design reviews; act as a bridge between UX designers and AEM developers.Requirements:• 7+ years of experience in UX architecture, design systems, or product design in enterprise-scale environments.• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) templates, components, and authoring models.• Familiarity with Adobe Target and Customer Data Platform (CDP).• Strong expertise in atomic design principles, Figma, and component library governance.• Experience mapping user journeys into modular, component-driven solutions.• Excellent client-facing communication and facilitation skills.Please share the following details if you’re interested:• Updated CV • Current location in Poland• Work authorization status• Expected daily rate (PLN)Looking forward to hearing from you soon.Thanks, Anuwar HussainTechnical Recruiter Infoplus Technologies UK Ltd.
