User Experience Designer

The candidate will ensure the consistency of the user journey by validating the solutions through testing and by monitoring key metrics after the product is launched.ResponsibilitiesConduct interviews and workshops to understand user needs and behaviors;Analyze existing user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement;Collaborate with business analysts to gather and clarify business requirements;Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives;Design intuitive interfaces that align with the design system and brand identity;Create mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma;Ensure consistency across screens and user flows.QualificationsCFC or advanced degree in design;Certification in interface ergonomics and user experience design;3-5 years of experience;Proven hands-on experience with figma;Knowledge of HTML/CSS;Strong proficiency in Suite Atlassian: Jira, Confluence;Experience in the Insurance area is a strong plus;French: native;English: fluentWhat we offer youAt Alten, we offer you the security of a permanent contract while also giving you the liberty to work with multiple prestigious clients.
