User Experience Designer

Position: UI / UX Designer Location: Abu Dhabi, UAESalary - 14 K AEDQualification and Skills• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.• At least 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a mid UI/UX role with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.• Strong experience across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools or similar.• Knowledge of HTML5, Angular, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.• Excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction.• Ability to present designs effectively and articulate solutions to various stakeholders.• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate seamlessly with the UI development team, providing creative solutions to overcomeimplementation roadblocks and supporting with tangible examples.Execute all visual design stages, from initial concepts to final hand-off to engineering.Conceptualize original ideas that simplify and enhance user experiences, especially when faced with complex design challenges.Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
