User Experience Designer

Calling out Indonesian UI/UX Designer!Location: RemoteUI/UX Designer (Product Design – Web & Mobile)We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the experience of our subscription-based food-tech platform. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and development team to transform complex real-world operations — from meal planning to delivery — into seamless digital experiences across mobile apps and internal dashboards.Key Responsibilities:Design user interfaces and flows for mobile apps, admin dashboards, and internal toolsCreate clean, scalable, and consistent UI designs using Figma (or similar tools)Map and improve customer experience (CX) across the entire journey — from signup to deliveryTranslate business and operational workflows into clear digital interactionsDevelop and evolve our internal design system for consistency and reusabilityEnsure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devicesCollaborate with developers to implement and iterate on design solutionsProvide prototypes, visual assets, and developer-ready documentationReview implemented features to ensure UX quality and alignmentRequirements:4 years of experience in UI/UX or product designStrong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and intuitive interfacesProficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools) for design, prototyping, and documentationExperience designing for both mobile and web platformsUnderstanding of how UX impacts user retention and operational efficiencyStrong attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and consistencyComfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environmentSelf-motivated and capable of aligning design with business and technical constraints
