Greetings from Sloka IT Solutions.Title - UX DesignerLanguage - English, French, DutchLocation - Avenue Fonsny, 20 - 1060 BrusselsDuration - 12+ monthsWorkplace type - HybridExperience - 5 yearsDescriptionFunction:As an experienced UX Designer , you design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications.Concretely, you participate in the analysis of needs and ensure you know the users and their environment in order to best determine the requirements of the applications.You determine and plan research methods and participate in the recruitment of participants to collect the necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests, etc.).You propose the most suitable solution and design low and high fidelity interfaces ( mobile first prototyping).You assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets the requirements of users and their environment .You ensure that the graphic design of applications complies with accessibility standards .You update the Design system .You contribute to the design of services ( Service Design ) by proposing user-oriented solutions. To achieve this, you follow the iterative and laboratory creation process.Throughout projects, you maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team.You are bilingual (French and Dutch)Function:As a UX Designer confirmed, you design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications and websites.In concrete terms, you participate in the needs analysis and ensure that you knows the users and their environment to best determine the requirements of the applications.You determine and plan the research methods and help recruit participants to collect the necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests, etc.).You propose the most suitable solution and design low and high fidelity interfaces ( mobile first prototyping).You assist the analysts and developers in the design of the user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets the requirements of the users and their environment .You ensure that the graphic design of the applications is checked in accordance with the accessibility guidelines .You update the Design system .You contribute to service design by proposing user-focused solutions.
