User Experience Designer

Senior UX DesignerWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our Business Information team for a 6-month assignment. Within the Industrialization department, you will play a key role in designing intuitive reporting and tooling solutions that empower engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to make better, faster decisions.Our primary internal users operate within System Industrialization, covering areas such as Sequences, Procedures, Availability, Reliability, Diagnostics, and Cost of Goods.Your mission is to ensure we build the right solutions from the start by integrating user-centered design principles into every stage of our process—from concept to delivery. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to design purposeful, efficient, and engaging tools.You will:Facilitate ideation and discovery sessions to define user and business needsCreate prototypes and design concepts to validate ideas earlyConduct user testing and translate findings into actionable design improvementsApply design methodologies such as customer journey mapping, interaction design, design thinking, and usability testingContribute to building UX maturity and awareness within the teamYour designs will directly enhance user efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction—ensuring our tools deliver real value from day one.Education and Experience5+ years of experience in UX design and user researchA strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomesProficiency in design tools such as FigmaLiving in the Netherlands due leadtimesZZP/freelancer will not be possible
