Designers, researchers and product managers on the digital experience team do that by transforming our customer experience, based on customer insight, data, passion for creating a great experience that delights customers, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of millions of our customers.The UX Researcher will be responsible for cross-brand Product discovery and Validations across domains like e-commerce, loyalty & personalization and omnichannel shopping. This is achieved by conducting research to capture customer needs and tensions, engage teams with customer insights, and co-create with stakeholders to drive project and product decisions. You’ll work closely with highly driven teams consists of Product and Growth managers, representatives of our brands, Designers and Researchers.Key responsibilities of your role. Taking ownership driving discovery initiatives by building clear problem & contextual understanding. Uncover customer needs, pain, gain and opportunities.Driving product feature validation and support shaping experiments (e.g. A/B testing) with cross-functional product teams.Scope research with data and planning to ensure research is both valuable and feasible.Setup, execute and synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer and market research in collaboration with analytics and design team.Drive research projects by co-creating with cross-brand stakeholders to create research alignment across markets. Ensure stakeholder input, buy-in and timely decisions.Proactively organise and participate in stakeholder calls to share insights and drive research progress.Communicate research insights and influence decisions via storytelling and workshops to bring findings to life.Create customer journey maps, decision-making artifacts and reports to communicate research finding.Support cross-functional product teams move from insight to execution. Help distil product vision, facilitate ideation, and advise on roadmaps to create focus on impactful features.Enrich and challenge customer journey management with latest customer insights.Work with service designer to mature journey management practice and deliver workshops.Identify blind spots in the omnichannel customer journey and align follow-up studies with service designer and data analyst to close insight gaps.Contribute to the communication, research process setup, and documentation of EU research capability.Support design and research lead in building a coherent and high performing creative team.What success looks like.Delivery of key discovery initiatives with clarity, collaboration and learning build around customer obsession.Product team and business stakeholder solution ideas is built upon the clear understanding of the problem and existing insights through product discovery and validation.Intake, research planning and workshops become high-leverage moments that unlock alignment and lead to concrete action.Research gaps are identified early and closed quickly, without sacrificing momentum or customer understanding.The Research craft and the people around it level-up because of your leadership. You align diverse voices around shared goals and drive momentum.Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research studies across digital and omnichannel.Excellent understanding of research methodologies and latest practice, and open to coach, guide and challenge others.Proficient in validating design, concepts prototypes and propositions base on hypothesis and data.Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Familiar with service design methodologies and delivery, such as journey maps and blueprints.Fluency in research tooling such as Lyssna and Dovetail.Fluency in Figma, Miro, Mural for design co-creation.Having CRO or product analytics (e.g. Adobe analytics, Content square, Hotjar) experience is a plus.Having good understanding of UX and design principles is a plus.Having hands-on experience in corporate innovation to drive initiatives from product discovery to product-market fit is a plus.Willing to travel for field research and team events at least 5 times a year.It goes without saying that so-called ‘soft skills’ are just as important as their ‘hard’ cousins.
