Job Description:Analyze outbound travel market trends, develop industry growth strategies, and assist/support Ant International’s regional operations worldwide. Collaborate with key industry merchants to drive business growth for Alipay travel solutions.Based on cross-border outbound travel business demands, utilize platform/industry marketing resources, timing, and tactics to develop industry marketing strategies and campaigns. Enhance the value and recognition of Alipay travel solutions, achieve healthy user growth through productized approaches.Leverage user data, event data, etc., to uncover more data-driven marketing scenarios and methods, enabling sustainable business growth.Efficiently collaborate with UED, Product, and Technology teams, and play a leading role from project planning to launch. Work closely with the marketing team to design marketing mechanisms and interactions, drive the implementation of marketing strategies, and boost user engagement.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in internet user growth or product operations; experience in OTA, O2O, outbound travel, or related industries is preferred.Sharp product sense and insight, strong in data operations, able to think critically and explore various approaches to achieve growth targets.Strong cross-team collaboration skills, able to organize, coordinate, and drive decision-making within project teams.Excellent data analysis and consumer insight abilities.
