Responsible for the end-to-end user research process in the Japanese market, focusing on OTA scenarios (flights, hotels, local activities, etc.). Utilize methods such as user interviews, questionnaire surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral preferences.Analyze the core demands of Japanese users across travel decision-making, booking conversion, and post-purchase experience stages. Deliver structured research reports (including data insights, user personas, and experience optimization recommendations) to support product feature iterations and operational strategy development.Collaborate with product, operation, and design teams to translate user research findings into actionable solutions. Drive experience enhancements for OTA products in the Japanese market, such as localized feature optimization and interface interaction adaptation.Monitor user experience trends in the Japanese OTA industry and competitor dynamics. Regularly produce industry research briefs to provide market decision-making references for the team.Establish and maintain the Japanese user research system, including user sample libraries and standardized research methodologies, to improve research efficiency and the validity of conclusions.
