As part of this journey, we are growing our European User Insights team to better connect with local consumers and markets.We are seeking a highly motivated and insightful professional to join us as a User Research Specialist – Europe. This position is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in user research, consumer insights, or UX research, preferably in the automotive, technology, or consumer sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in uncovering European consumers’ behaviors, motivations, and perceptions to inform product development, marketing strategy, and brand positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and conduct user research projects across Europe using both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.Explore consumer motivations, usage behavior, and brand perceptions related to electric vehicles, intelligent mobility, and connected car experiences.Develop and manage research tools such as questionnaires, discussion guides, and focus group frameworks.Coordinate with external research agencies, ensuring high data quality and methodological rigor.Analyze user data to uncover insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product planning, marketing, and brand teams.Create and maintain user personas, journey maps, and segmentation models reflecting diverse European markets.Prepare and present research reports to internal stakeholders, including senior management and HQ teams.Candidate ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Market Research, Business, or a related discipline.2–5 years of experience in user research, consumer insights, or UX research (automotive, tech, or consumer goods industries preferred).Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, and ethnographic studies.Ability to interpret complex research findings and communicate insights clearly through structured reports and visual storytelling.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or similar analytical and visualization tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across diverse and cross-functional teams.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese or an additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
