Engineering and aligned software technologies, along with design are used here to solve real-world problems by a team of talented people who are passionate about technology.As a User Researcher, you will partner with product management, engineering, and design to build deep user understanding and empathy. You will go deep into the problem space and support business decisions with a factual understanding of user needs and expectations. You’ll join a team of design-thinking UX professionals revolutionizing industrial software.Your ImpactDesigning and conducting generative research (techniques to help define problem space using interviews, ethnography, data mining) for specified products.Plan and perform research operations such as screening and inviting users to research studies.Collaborate with Product Designers with validation activities, such as Usability Testing.Contribute to designing and facilitating webinars and workshops to evangelize for user research within the org and externally.Help establish and document company-wide User Research standards and templates.What You'll NeedDegree in human-centered design, computer science, psychology, anthropology or related fields.2+ years of proven experience performing user research for software products.Proven knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methodology is essential.Good understanding of user research processes (planning, data gathering, data analysis, insights delivery).Intermediate analytical skills (able to analyze data and identify patterns).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.English fluency (written and verbal) is required.Working knowledge of US companies is a plus.
