Scrum Master

Job Description10+ years of overall industry experience. 6+ years Scrum/SAFe working experience as Scrum MasterThe Scrum Master enables teams to self-organize, self-manage and deliver via supporting and enforcing effective agile practices. He/she helps the team coordinate with other teams and communicates status to management as neededScrum Master helps to educate the team in Scrum, ensuring that the agreed agile process and best practice is being followed. Runs scrum meetings. Helps to remove impediments and foster an environment of high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow and relentless improvement. Organizes relevant people for resolving issues and bottlenecks.

Ensures Availability of team members. Manages team members and personal aspects. Provides assistance to Lead architect to ensure people aspects don’t hinder Sprint Deliverables. Setup and configuration of SCRUM mgmt. tool. Backlog, Spring Planning, KPIs, Reports. Organizes Product backlog and Sprint planning and Retrospective meetings. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decompose more complex problems and/or processes into logical parts Extremely good to deal between Development team and Product Owner Mandatory Skills: Well versed in scrum practicesBeing a Coach for an agile team.

Good in risk management Communicating effectively in both written and verbal form Experience in setting up and configuring ADO, JIRA and/or similar product.
