Supervise daily activities of the cybersecurity team (SOC, engineering, GRC) Allocate tasks and manage priorities across sub-teams Coordinate incident response efforts and act as escalation point Liaise with other departments and external partners on cybersecurity matters Monitor KPIs, compliance efforts, and ongoing projects Organize internal security drills, awareness training, and reporting Contribute to budgeting, staffing, and long-term planning Represent the team in audits and management meetingsRequirements: Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains and best practices Team management and conflict resolution Project management and stakeholder communication Regulatory compliance awareness (e. g. , GDPR, ISO)Working schedule: Onsite, from 15: 00-23:
