Utilities Specialist

An international Consultancy Engineering Company is seeking highly qualified Utility Expert(s) to join our major project in Qatar. The ideal candidates will bring strong expertise in Electricity and Water Utilities, with a proven background in Network Asset Lifecycle Management.🔹 Position: Utility Expert(s) – Electricity & Water🔹 Location: Qatar🔹 Experience Required: Minimum 15–20 years in UtilitiesKey Responsibilities:Oversee and manage electricity and water utility networks throughout the asset lifecycle.Analyze, monitor, and optimize utility network performance.Participate in the technical engagement with stakeholders, ensure consideration and inclusion of all critcial and collateral AM Journeys/Processes minimizing transitional disruption, ensure end-to-end consideration and/or refinement of all Asset Journeys, contribute to mapping of business processes to functional requirements for EAM Platform Implementation, contribute to all pertinent deliverables, contribute to change management activities as/where pertinent, lead/contribute to technical discussions, socialization and presentation of deliverables to pertinent stakeholders.Provide expert technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).15–20 years of experience in the Utilities sector.Strong knowledge of Network Asset Lifecycle Management.Experience in major infrastructure or utility projects (preferably in the GCC).Excellent communication and reporting skills.Proficiency in English Language.
