Utilities Team Leader

Paradise Foods is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Utilities Team Leader to join our team in Lae. This role reports directly to the Maintenance Coordinator and is responsible for leading and maintaining all utility operations to support manufacturing efficiency and safety.The RoleAs Utilities Team Leader, You WillLead utility operations including steam, compressed air, refrigeration, water treatment, and electrical systemsEnsure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulationsManage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for utility equipmentMonitor energy usage and implement efficiency improvementsCoordinate with production teams to support manufacturing needsSupervise and train utility technicians to maintain high performance and safety standardsMaintain documentation for audits, inspections, and operational reportingAbout YouWe are looking for a candidate with:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering2–3 years’ experience in utilities management within FMCG or manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of utility systems such as boilers, chillers, compressors, and HVACFamiliarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plusStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesEffective communication and coordination skillsTechnical proficiency in utility systems and energy managementCommitment to safety and qualityHow To ApplySubmit a written application, resume, certificates, and references by Friday, 21st November 2025 to:The HR CoordinatorParadise FoodsP.O.
