Now we’re looking for someone who wants to join our journey forward. 🔍 About the RoleAs a Customer Transformation Specialist, you’ll be a key advisor and delivery resource in projects with both new and existing customers. You’ll help identify inefficiencies, design improvements, and ensure our software is implemented in a way that delivers measurable value for our customers. You’ll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive success.

🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesBe a key resource in implementing UtilityCloud at new customers in both Norway and EuropeBe part of our journey of delivering spot price and hourly settlement to other countries and markets in EuropeAct as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them identify and improve inefficient or outdated processesAnalyze customer pain points and translate them into solution designs using our softwareFacilitate workshops and process mapping sessions with key stakeholdersGuide customers in aligning their internal workflows with best practices and system capabilitiesCollaborate with development teams to ensure customer requirements are met with smart, scalable configurationsSupport customers through change, including training and stakeholder alignmentBuild strong, lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement🎓 Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience implementing IT solutions, preferably within energy, metering, or billing.

Experience inside the settlement and product spectre in the Energy industry is a big plus. Experience in implementing SAAS-solutions at medium and large companiesExperience in software as CRM, ERP or other core services Strong business understanding and the ability to grasp complex workflowsExperience with process improvement, change management, or advisory rolesExcellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
