[Excellent working environment]With 127 days of annual leave (including weekends and holidays) and an average of 15 hours of overtime per month, this is an environment where you can demonstrate high performance over the long term.[Specific Job Description: Expected Role for an Immediately Effective Player]You will be responsible for all overseas sales in the automobile export business.In addition to expanding existing business, you will focus on sowing new business seeds and business development. New Business Development: Developing new overseas customers in your assigned area, listening to their needs, and conducting business negotiations (including local business trips) Business Promotion: Managing overseas sales partners, planning and executing sales promotion strategies Deepening Existing Business Development: Continuously making proposals to existing customers and strengthening relationships Market Analysis: Researching and analyzing trends in overseas markets, selecting new export destinations Ancillary tasks such as bidding on vehicles at used car auctions and managing website information updates(※After joining the company, even if you have no experience in the industry, you will be gradually introduced to basic tasks.)■ Benefits・Monthly salary: 300,000 to 400,000 yen・Breakdown: The above monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay (20 hours: 40,835 to 54,447 yen).
