Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?You will join the Policy Administration Team to assist in the daily tasks, including:
Analysing client’s needs, establishing appropriate actions and prompt recording of day-to-day client requests,Ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role including correspondence, system updates, process and procedure implementation,Collecting and recording of all required information/documents,Monitoring ongoing transactions until completion,Complying with procedures, controls, industry rules and regulations,Conducting due diligence reviews in line with corporate standards,Meeting Service Level Agreements and deadlines,Upholding Quality standards,Assist the team on special projects and tasks.
Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Policy Administration Intern?On-going Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance or any other relevant field,In-house experience within the financial sector would be a plus,IFRS knowledge is considered an advantage,Flexible with a positive attitude towards problem solving issues,Team player, self-organized, open-minded and comfortable in an intercultural environment,Fluent in English, other European language is an asset,Excellent command of MS Office applications.
