About The OpportunityWe’re looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to play a key role in designing user-friendly, accessible, and visually engaging digital interfaces that reflect customer needs and government standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConvert customer journey insights and research into wireframes and interface concepts.Design service workflows that are intuitive and aligned with business goals.Develop detailed prototypes and wireframes using Figma.Ensure all designs meet the Queensland Government Design System and accessibility guidelines.Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design implementation.Engage in regular design reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders.Required SkillsDemonstrated experience in UI/UX design for digital platforms.Strong proficiency in Figma and working with design systems.Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.Ability to translate customer research into practical design solutions.Nice-to-Have:Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Public Sector Solutions.Background in government or highly regulated sectors.If you're passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences and want to contribute to a high performing team, we’d love to hear from you.
