Additionally, you will create systems and frameworks to organize information that helps users understand how products will operate.You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Figma is required.Advanced proficiency in User Research and Interaction Design is recommended.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback on user interactions.Develop prototypes and wireframes to visualize design concepts and user flows.Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in user experience design.Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.Location: Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra hybridWhat do we offer?
