UX Designer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Create motion graphics and visual designs that align with Ericsson’s design standards. Produce high-quality multimedia assets (videos, animations, illustrations, icons, etc.) based on project requirements. Design and refine UX/UI components, layouts, and visual elements ensuring consistency, accessibility, and alignment with user and business needs. Develop visual models and concepts that are coherent with Ericsson’s visual language and usage guidelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—design, development, communications, and learning—to ensure cohesive and aligned design outputs. Contribute to UX/UI activities including wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and usability enhancements. Prepare design documentation and support smooth handover to developers or relevant stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Audacity/Audition, or similar multimedia and design tools. Strong experience in graphic design and video editing. Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies is an advantage. Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality design output. Strong sense of visual storytelling and ability to convey messages effectively through design.
