What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a UX Designer to join our Product Design Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered experiences that align with our product vision and business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, and BI, to translate complex ideas into smart design solutions. This position thrives on collaboration and creativity.

As a Product Designer at Seeking Alpha, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across web and mobile platforms, helping define cohesive narratives and consistent design language at all touchpoints. What You'll Do:

Work collaboratively with product managers from concept to completionOwn the end-to-end design across multiple features and projectsPresent product design ideas and prototypes to cross-functional partners and stakeholdersWork closely with the Dev team from Ideation to production and provide implementation specsCoordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communicationContribute to and maintain the company’s design systemIdentify new product improvement opportunitiesStay up-to-date on current industry trends and market conditionsRequirements:

3+ years of industry experience as a UX/UI DesignerA portfolio showcasing examples of product design work across web and mobile platformsHands-on experience working with development teams from staging to productionWorking experience with Figma – MUSTExtremely detail-oriented with a pixel-perfect approach to designAbility to quickly and accurately turn around projects under tight timelinesA collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong willingness to receive feedback and iterate quicklyStrong English communication skills – written and verbalExperience designing for AI-powered products or tools – an advantagePrior experience designing for financial tools – an advantageExperience leveraging research and data to inform and validate design decisionsKnowledge of HTML/CSS – an advantage
