Undelucram.ro on behalf of:Raiffeisen BankRaiffeisen is going through a digital transformation, part of which means repositioning User Experience Design. We’re doing this by redesigning internal UX processes and building an in-house UX Research practice.We’re searching for a User Experience Designer to join Raiffeisen’s UX Team.In this role, you’ll pe partnering with Business and Product Management to combine business objectives, existing requirements and unmet needs into meaningful products and services.You will help guide the team and the entire organization towards delivering consistent solutions on all touchpoints.You’ll need to be great not only in craft, but also in understanding that in early transformational stages for companies, designers play a vital role in breaking silos and working collaboratively towards becoming truly user centric. Ego stays at the door.(specific initiatives mentioned at the end)As a UXD, you will: 👇Collaborate with Business and Product to ensure proper scoping of all initiativesPartner with UX Research in generative and evaluative researchAlign with fellow UI designers to ensure that screen design is just as meaningful as the underlying architecture, navigation and the overall interaction design, informing and consolidating the design system in the processAlign with DEV, BA, QA to ensure optimal delivery of products and features, tackling unforeseeable constraints that arise within development on account of legacy systems and technical debtParticipate in design critique sessions, working with your peers in UX Design to improve output and consistency across products and featuresEducate non-designers through every interaction, working towards the greater goal of increasing design literacy within the companyWhat we’re looking for:🔎A Portfolio showing not dribble shots, but your actual process, decision making, iterations, tradeoffs, collaboration, attention to detailSolid experience in launching digital productsCritical thinking, product thinkingThoughtfulness & capacity to take feedback as an opportunity to improveCuriosityStakeholder management skillsAppetite for learningAppetite for helping those around you growHere’s what might be challenging:💡Making sure every conversation with non-designers is a learning session (for you included)Opening your process and letting others in, helping them understand the rationale behind your design decisionsBeing a connector, pushing for collaboration and understanding how to balance short-term with long-term goals.Here’s why it may be worth it:👍You’ll help grow a team and a process backed by an executive mandate (The UX structure reports to the Chief Digital Transformation Officer, who reports to the CEO)You’ll have the chance to work on products for the local market, reaching over 1.000.000 users and over 100.000 companies, with access to users, hence the chance to develop and apply a mature design process.Initiatives:🆕There are multiple positions open, the following is a short overview of initiatives in need of support from UX:🔔Digital Identity (authentication, SSO, cross-platform)We’re working on consolidating the way Raiffeisen customers interact with multiple accounts or products, with the goal of reducing complexity while improving usability and security.We’re looking for strong experience in collaborating with security teams and legal teams, understanding authentication and PSD2 standards, heavy focus on usability for both mobile & web.🔔Loyalty (mobile)We’re developing a loyalty program for Raiffeisen customers. Experience in designing for mobile is essential. Must be comfortable in mapping and managing complexity, working closely with Business, efficiency in designing within complicated technical constraints. Experience in Ionic would be nice.🔔Online Banking (web & mobile native)We’re redesigning the online banking solutions for all customers and segments (from private individuals to legal entities). Looking for experience in fintech, usability, agile/lean frameworks, embedding Research in Agile and usability testing.🔔Design System / Interaction design / UsabilityWe’re working on evolving the design language used in Raiffeisen and improving the handoff between design and engineering. Looking for a future colleague to own and drive the initiative, that can be accountable for refining standards and patterns, and ensuring they are used properly throughout different teams and products.
