Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a UX Designer based in Pakistan, with some flexibility for remote work. The UX Designer will be responsible for designing user-centric solutions, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and enhancing user experiences. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, brainstorming ideas, translating user needs into visual designs, and iterating based on user feedback.QualificationsProficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to identify and solve user challenges effectively.Experience with User Experience (UX) design and Visual Design to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.Expertise in Prototyping to rapidly develop and test design concepts.Strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of user-focused design principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools is an advantage.A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.Salary Range is UPTO 220,000 PKR/Month depending on experience and interview.
