In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and optimizing user experiences across our web properties to drive measurable revenue and performance improvements. Your expertise will help craft data-informed, CRO-optimized designs that seamlessly blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality. You will be responsible for delivering complete, test-ready user experiences—from initial concept and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and development hand-off—supported by A/B testing results and user insights. The role requires independent leadership of design projects at all stages, including stakeholder alignment, UX strategy development, UI design, and iterative improvements based on testing outcomes.Additionally, you will analyze behavioral data, metrics such as conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session (RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to generate actionable UX insights. Proactively identifying and improving underperforming experiences through iterative design and CRO strategies will be essential. Collaboration with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams will ensure that design solutions align with business objectives and technical constraints. You will also champion best practices in UX design, mentor team members, and contribute to refining design processes to enhance experimentation velocity and scalability.
