The organization is dedicated to creating impactful and lasting change in the communities it serves. Role Description This is a contract remote role for a UX, Gamification Designer. The designer will be responsible for applying design thinking principles to create user-centered experiences, conducting user research, and crafting engaging gamified solutions that align with project objectives. Additional responsibilities include visual design, developing prototypes, and ensuring the usability of the design frameworks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Design Thinking and User ResearchProficiency in User Experience (UX) design and Visual DesignSkill in Prototyping to create and iterate on design conceptsExperience in gamification or designing interactive experiences is a strong plusExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote settingFamiliarity with sustainable development or non-profit initiatives is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
