Join us in shaping the success and making an impact that truly matters.We are recruiting on behalf of a U.S.-based lifestyle and fashion brand for a UX / Multimedia Graphic Designer. This hybrid role blends UX design, digital creativity, and performance optimization, enhancing the clients online experience from Shopify site UX and email design to visual campaigns and analytics testing.What Youll Be DoingManage and optimize Shopify website pages (home, product detail, landing pages).Conduct UX tests and analyze behavior/heatmap data (Hotjar, Google Analytics).Design digital assets for email, social media, and web campaigns.Curate and manage photo/video content while maintaining brand consistency.Leverage AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway ML) for creative mockups.Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to analyze performance and implement A/B testing learnings.Qualifications And Requirements36 years in UX/UI, digital, or visual design (retail/lifestyle experience preferred)Experience with using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Hotjar/Lucky OrangeAnalytical yet creative mindset; detail-oriented; proactive communicatorMust have prior graveyard-shift experience overlapping with U.S. CSTMust complete the clients official Skills Test before the final interviewBonus PotentialBased on UX improvement & project delivery & team performanceGrowth PathDigital Design Lead UX Optimization ManagerBenefitsPaid PTO, performance bonuses, maternity leave benefits, health insurance subsidy, flexible remote setup
