This is an opportunity to lead design initiatives, guide other designers, and ensure our solutions deliver exceptional user experiences. This position is based in Dublin, and there is a requirement to be onsite four days a week.Key Responsibilities Of The RoleCollaborate with designers, researchers, technical team and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goalsApply findings from usability testing and user research to iterate and improve the user experienceCreate user-centred designs based on business requirements and user feedbackDesign lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes and clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design ideasEnsure consistency with design systems (Hinge and Axis) and maintain high standards of usability and accessibility.YOUR PROFILEProven experience as a UX/Product Designer, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and working within large design systems.Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for complex applications.Solid understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies.Ability to guide design decisions across multidisciplinary teams.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growthOur commitment to maintain high ethical standards ensuring Diversity, Sustainability and Inclusion in our business practisesBe a part of our professional communities role framework which promotes professional growth, career development and enhances Sogeti’s capabilities across different domainsSogeti Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.
