You’ll collaborate with designers and developers to create, maintain, and evolve reusable UI components for web and mobile, ensuring technical feasibility and design excellence. Proficiency with Figma, Tokens Studio, and a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and React are essential. Your work will help shape standards, streamline design workflows, and empower product teams with a robust, scalable system.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and evolve a large-scale token-based design system used across multiple platforms and brandsBuild and document robust, reusable UI components – from first principlesCollaborate closely with interdisciplinary front-end developers and product teams to ensure technical feasibility, performance, and accessibilityDefine and maintain design tokens, scales, and semantic abstractions in Token StudioGuide and challenge the product teams to use the system the right way, not just the easy way, and actively guide and support the product teams to use the right components and patterns to promote a culture of design qualityLead design system adoption across the organisation, including education and hands-on supportEstablish, write, and maintain clear documentation and usage standardsEnsure Figma libraries maintain parity with code and reflect system logic and structureIdentify and refactor outdated components and patterns across the systemContribute to toolchain improvements that support a healthy design–dev handoffManage components by working with product designers from across the organisation to understand component requirements, manage dependencies and prioritise development to meet business objectivesCreate innovative concepts, detailed prototypes, and polished UI designs that address user needs and business goalsConduct qualitative user tests and A/B tests to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions, continuously improving the user experience.Experience in e-commerce with focus on enhancing the customer journeyExcellent communication skills in English, confidently presenting designs and articulating design rationale to stakeholders.RequirementsProven experience in building large-scale design systems from scratchDeep expertise in Figma, Tokens Studio, and component-based workflowsStrong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React (you understand code, not just inspect it)Ability to think in design patterns and system architecture, not just UI visualsStrong communication skills and experience working directly with engineering and CX teamsYou’ve supported multiple product teams at once and know how to balance prioritiesA passion for structure, clarity, and scalability – with a pragmatic mindsetExperience in e-commerce with a focus on optimizing the customer journey and conversion is very welcomeExcellent communication skills in EnglishProactivity in proposing new solutionsExperience with multi-brand design systems and scalable component librariesApplying structured and systemised design approachesWe offerParticipate & close work within the product creationPossibility to give fresh view on the current UX/UI look & feelModern tech stack & toolkitStable employment and professional work environmentFlexible working hours, remote work on selected daysBenefit package (will be filled in by local HR with list of BSH PL employee benefits)Informujemy, Że w Zależności Od Sytuacji Administratorem Państwa Danych Osobowych Jest Jeden z Następujących Podmiotów BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie przy ulicy Al.
