UX / UI Designer – Casablanca

We are looking for a talented UX / UI Designer to join an international Digital Factory developing innovative digital products and MVPs.You will collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Engineers to design intuitive and high-impact user experiences for strategic digital initiatives.Your MissionAs a UX / UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user experiences from concept to delivery. Your main responsibilities include:Leading or contributing to the design process across multiple early-stage digital initiatives.Translating business and user needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.Working closely with product and tech teams to ensure a smooth design-to-development handoff.Participating in user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.Maintaining design consistency across products while adapting to each brand’s identity.Contributing to the creation of internal design guidelines and reusable components.ProfileDegree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within digital product teams.Prior experience in early-stage projects or fast-paced innovation environments is a strong advantage.Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to turn complex requirements into elegant user experiences.Comfortable working collaboratively with technical teams and switching between diverse design challenges.Fluent in English; French is a plus.What We OfferThe opportunity to design for impact in an international environment.Collaboration with highly skilled Tech and Product teams in a dynamic, agile setup.A culture that values creativity, experimentation, and design excellence.The chance to help shape the design identity of a new generation of digital products.If you are passionate about creating intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences, we would be happy to connect.
