UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer for a 10 weeks contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Financial Services Space for a well known consulting company. This is a 10 weeks daily rate contract.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user behavior and needs.Develop user personas, user journey maps, and scenarios to guide design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies to incorporate into projects.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance analysis.Ensure that the user experience is at the forefront of all design decisions.Essential QualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Proficient in design tools such as Figma, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Ability to create intuitive user interfaces and effective user flows.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Desired ExperienceA minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX design or a related field.Experience with responsive and adaptive design for multiple devices.Portfolio demonstrating previous UX design projects, showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.This is a daily rate contract.
