UX/UI Designer (f/m/x)

As a UX/UI Designer, you will help our clients across industries in their digital business transformation by creating outstanding digital products and experiences, driven by AI. You will translate strategy into design visions and digital interfaces to build applications that are intuitive, scalable and future-proof. Your tasksYou design efficient, effective and engaging user experiences and visually compelling, accessible interfaces across platforms (web, mobile, wearables), defining end-to-end journeys that deliver measurable valueYou translate customer needs, business goals and brand identity into personas, user journeys & flows, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, guidelines and scalable design systemsYou conduct user research (e.g. interviews, usability testing, focus groups, surveys) to gather qualitative and quantitative insights that inform design decisionsYou apply state-of-the-art design patterns and principles while staying up to date with latest trends and emerging technologiesYou work with design systems, frontend frameworks and component libraries to create consistent, scalable interface conceptsYou design for AI and explore new design approaches in the context of AI, aiming to build trustworthy, intuitive AI-driven products and experiencesYou collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and ensure design excellence from concept to implementation, and advise clients on design strategies and best practicesYour skillsYou bring a strong portfolio showcasing digital product and experience design projects, demonstrating mastery of interaction designYou have at least two years of relevant professional experienceYou are highly proficient in Figma and other design, prototyping and collaboration tools (Mural, Atlassian Suite), with a strong interest in AI-augmented design workflows that accelerate ideation and prototypingYou bring a very good understanding of front-end technologies (web, hybrid, mobile) and technical feasibility. Ideally you have basic coding knowledge to enable smooth collaboration with developersIdeally, you bring additional skills like motion design, illustration or 3D/XR design, or basic knowledge in product and project management for enriched digital brand experiences.You have excellent communication (English – C1 while German is a plus) and presentation skills, work independently while embracing feedback, and thrive in diverse, international and interdisciplinary teamsYou bring the ability to think across disciplines; any deeper knowledge in Strategy, UX/Service Design or User Research or adjacent skills are beneficialYour perspectiveProfessional GrowthWe offer various opportunities for personal development through our internal academy and “design yourself” programs, including in-house coaching and mentoring.
