You’ll be the bridge between what users want, what the business needs, and what engineering can build.What You’ll DoUncover user goals, their blockers and provide evidence-backed solutionsModel current and future states through journey maps, domain/data models and API’sBuild flows, wireframes, and prototypes with a focus on screen behavior, edge cases, and accessibilityRun lean studies in a challenging environment with limited access through and synthesize findingsDefine UX and accessibility criteriaTest prototypes and live software, flag the issues and suggest fixesAlign user journeys with API needs. Document endpoints and maintain traceability across flowsWork closely with PMs, Engineers, and Data experts to ensure feasibility, instrumentation, and analyticsYour Skills and interestsYou’re relentlessly customer-focused: you listen, anticipate needs, and turn feedback into better experiences.Communication is your superpower. You can explain design decisions without jargon, present ideas with confidence, and adapt your message to suit your audience. You’re not afraid to challenge assumptions constructively, with the goal of building something better, together.You’re also a natural collaborator.
