Job DescriptionUX/UI Designer (Contract)Location: Fully Remote, with occasional travel required for workshops/team meetings (sites/offices).Inside IR35The RoleWe're undergoing a major digital transformation and need an experienced UX/UI Designer to drive real change. This contract role is all about putting the customer first, tackling complex problems, and delivering effective, beautiful digital solutions from discovery to deployment.What You'll Be DoingDesigning: Creating low to high fidelity wireframes, detailed Interaction Design, and stunning User Interface Design.Testing: Planning and conducting Usability Testing to validate designs and gather insights.Systems: Contributing to our evolving Design System Development.Collaborating: Working closely with product and engineering teams using Agile, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.You must be an expert user of modern design tools and methodologies, with proficiency in the following:Core DesignFigma (Essential)JiraFigjamUserTestingSketchContentful / Webflow / Framer 425.00/dayTalent International UK and it's subsidiaries, Digital Gurus, Infinite Talent and Rethink act as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
