Define and track funnel KPIs (impressions → clicks → conversions → retention). Run A/B & multivariate tests with growth/analytics, then iterate fast. Deliver pixel-perfect designs and scalable component libraries in Figma. Prototype interactions; add motion/micro-animations where they move the needle. Partner tightly with engineers using Figma Dev Mode; do design QA through release. Document experiments and build a reusable design knowledge base.
What you've done3–6 years in UX/UI at an agency or product company. A portfolio showing funnel work (ads/LPs/apps) and measurable outcomes. Mastery of Figma (components, prototyping, Dev Mode). Strong visual craft; experience with Adobe Suite & Canva for fast campaign assets. Motion skills (Figma motion, After Effects, Lottie). Comfortable with analytics tools: GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar. Component-driven design mindset; clean handoffs that ship fast. How you thinkData first. Every decision ties to a KPI.
