Role: Product Designer (UX 70/ UI 30)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 basic + 20% BonusPackage: £72,000 Location: Central LondonWork Pattern: Hybrid (2 days onsite) About the CompanyWedo is partnering with a PE-backed FinTech that’s shaking up the consumer lending space. Their mission? To strip away the friction, confusion, and unnecessary jargon that so often define finance and replace it with simplicity, transparency, and experiences people actually enjoy using.They’re building products that make money management feel empowering, not exhausting. Backed by major industry players and armed with serious momentum, they’re now looking for a Product Designer to join their small but mighty team of three.You’ll be owning the end-to-end design of new consumer lending products and features across web and mobile from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and shipping designs that make a real difference.This role is UX-heavy (around 70%) ideal for someone who loves diving deep into user behaviour, using data to uncover insights, and shaping design decisions that drive measurable impact.About YouYou’ll thrive here if you’re a designer who’s curious, collaborative, and driven by outcomes—not just output.
